Prop Eamon O'Carroll has signed a new two-year contract with Wigan that will keep him at the JJB until the end of 2010. The 21-year-old forward also has an extra 12-month option on the deal and chairman Ian Lenagan is delighted to have secure the player's future. "Eamon is the latest of our talented young players to commit his future to the club," he said. "He joined the Warriors from the Waterhead club in Oldham and has progressed through our academy and reserve sides to become a regular in our first-team squad." The Ireland international, whose contract was due to run out in November, added: "I am delighted a new contract has been agreed."
