Prop Cusack, who captained the side in Lee Radford's absence against Warrington on Saturday, picked up a dislocated wrist in that match which will require surgery. Stand-off Washbrook is likely to be off for several weeks with knee ligament damage, but Radford, Motu Tony and Gareth Raynor are all set to return for the Super League trip to Leeds next week.
