Castleford stand-off Rangi Chase has received a caution from the Rugby Football League for a dangerous throw during the Tigers' 42-22 defeat at Hull FC on March 5.
The RFL's match review panel also sent warning letters to four other players for their actions during round five of the engage Super League season.
Wigan prop Eamon O'Carroll was warned for raising his knees in a tackle and Salford prop Ryan Boyle for a late tackle.
And there were also warnings for Warrington duo Ben Westwood and Ryan Atkins.
