Lee Radford has named two changes to his 19-man squad ahead of Sunday's game against Warrington Wolves.
Josh Bowden and Richard Whiting could both make their return from injury as Hull FC travel to the Halliwell Jones Stadium to take on Warrington.
Chris Green and Fetuli Talanoa are the players to make way for Bowden and Whiting.
Prop forward Bowden has been out of action since the last game of the regular season against Wigan Warriors due to an ankle injury, while Whiting could make his first start since the Super8s opener against Castleford last month.
The Hull side also includes Ifeta Palea'aesina, who this week signed a contract extension with the club.
"I'm over the moon," Palea'aesina said earlier in the week. "I've always wanted to stay at this great club that has done so much for me.
"I've had a great time here so far and I'm just happy the deal is done. I am proud to be part of Hull FC and now I hope I can finish the season strongly."
Meanwhile, Warrington have named 19-year-old Jack Johnson in their squad for the game.
The rising star signed with Wolves in July, and is one of two changes to the team that beaten 28-0 by Wigan at the end of August.
Ashton Sims misses out due to suspension.
Warrington have played Hull twice this season already, with both games separated by a drop goal.
In February Warrington won with a drop goal in the first half that proved the decisive score while Marc Sneyd hit back with last-minute drop goal in Hull's 27-26 win at the Halliwell Jones in May.
