Gloucester will look to upset Toulouse's hopes of reaching the quarter-finals of the Heineken Cup when they clash on Friday.
Toulouse currently top the pool by two points, with second-placed Harlequins hoping that Gloucester can do them a favour at Kingsholm.
And despite having little to play for, coach Bryan Redpath has resisted the urge to rest his star names.
The only change comes in the pack with Rupert Harden replacing the benched Darren Dawiduik.
Toulouse have made a number of changes, but such is their strength in depth that their line-up still looks formidable.
Yannick Jauzion, Clement Poitrenaud, Yves Donguy and Lionel Beauxis come into the back division, while Yannick Nyanga comes in for Jean Bouilhou in the back row.
Vincent Clerc has been named on the bench although he faces a late fitness test, with Florian Fritz on standby.
