Harlequins will welcome back Karl Dickson and George Lowe from injury when they host Newcastle in the semi-finals of the LV= Cup on Friday.
Scrum-half Dickson and centre Lowe replace Dave Moore and Olly Lindsay-Hague respectively in the starting XV, with Ugo Monye moving from the midfield back to his favoured position on the wing.
It is all change in the front row as props John Marler and John Andress join hooker Matt Cairns in the starting line-up.
The rest of the pack remains unchanged from the side that slumped to a 33-18 defeat to the Falcons at Kingston Park in the Aviva Premiership just one week before the cup clash.
Quins have lost three of their last four league games but hope to rely on an impressive record at Twickenham Stoop - where they are undefeated since the first home game of the season - as they try and make it to a first final since 2004.
Meanwhile, Newcastle head coach Alan Tait has made changes to his back division for the showdown, with Luke Fielden and the injured Jeremy Manning making way for Gcobani Bobo and Danny Williams.
Switch
Alex Tait takes Manning's spot at full-back, with Williams and Bobo starting on the wings and Luke Eves and James Fitzpatrick keeping their places in the centres.
There are no changes in the pack, with New Zealander Brent Wilson retaining his position at flanker.
Falcons centre Eves says that Newcastle will bring a slightly altered game-plan to London despite their victory over Quins last Friday.
"We got our tactics pretty much spot-on last Friday, but we will be throwing a few new things in this time round," he said.
"Quins will know a bit more of what we are about, and will have analysed the video of Friday's game, so we just have to freshen it up and keep them guessing to a certain extent.
"That's always the case when you play teams back-to-back, and there will be one or two new bits chucked in there just to mix it up."
