PRO12: Team news ahead of Ospreys v Ulster, live on Sky Sports
Last Updated: 19/12/14 4:39pm
Replacements Dan Lydiate and Sam Lewis are the only changes to the Ospreys team that lost to Racing Metro last week.
Ospreys head coach Steve Tandy has called for his side to focus on retaining their strong position in the league - they are currently second - after disappointing European Champions Cup results.
“We’ve got to learn from our mistakes," said Tandy, "and we’ve got to look at this block of PRO12 games over the next month to really cement our top four spot. It’s really tight in the top half of the table, so back to back home games gives us an opportunity to build some momentum.
“This young group is learning every week and the experience they are getting will prove invaluable for their long-term development. We have a plan for where we want to go as a team, we know what we want to achieve together, and although it’s a long-term plan, everybody involved is pretty excited about what we are doing."
Ulster coach Neil Doak has made just two adjustments to the starting side that narrowly lost to Scarlets at Parc y Scarlets last weekend.
Craig Gilroy has been rested for the match and has been replaced by Michael Allen on the left wing.
Callum Black moves to the bench to make way for Andrew Warwick, who this week signed his first senior contract with the province.
Stuart Olding has recovered from his injury and is named on the bench alongside Sean Reidy and Peter Nelson who join the match-day 23.
