Toulon will look to keep alive their Top 14 title hopes when they face Racing Metro at the Stade Felix Mayol.
Toulon, reeling from their Amlin Challenge Cup final defeat to Biarritz last time out, have already recorded two wins over Racing this season.
However they have struggled for a consistent run of form of late - losing to relegated Brive and Agen before being held to a draw at home by Castres and stuttering past Lyon.
Bakkies Botha, Simon Shaw and Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe have all passed fitness tests and are set to play, however winger Alexis Palisson and hooker Sebastien Bruno remain doubtful.
Racing will go into the game seemingly having timed their run of form to perfections.
And although they will be without South African Frans Steyn, France winger Benjamin Fall has been passed fit.
