Riki Flutey and George Skivington return for Wasps against Harlequins on Sunday, while Danny Cipriani is on the bench.
Flutey partners Dominic Waldouck in the midfield after missing the best part of two months with a hamstring injury.
Skivington has been out for a month after requiring surgery to clear up an infection in the cartilage of his nose and he pairs up with Tom Palmer in the second row.
Wasps are without five players who are away on international duty, including scrum-half Eoin Reddan and prop Phil Vickery.
Mark McMillan, scorer of their injury-time winner against Bristol a fortnight ago, teams up with Dave Walder at half back, with Tom French starting alongside Tim Payne and Raphael Ibanez in the front row.
Cipriani has been named among the replacements after being dropped from England's starting line-up to face Scotland.
Upheaval
Director of Rugby Ian McGeechan said: "Although we didn't play last weekend, we nevertheless faced more upheaval this week as we prepared for the game against Harlequins without our international contingent.
"The weekly changes in personnel make finding our rhythm more of a challenge, and it's clear to see from Quins' good form in recent weeks how having a more settled squad has led to consistently good performances from them."
Harlequins have made only one change from the team that beat leaders Gloucester at the Twickenham Stoop last weekend.
Tom Guest has recovered from injury and comes into the starting line-up in at number eight, with Nick Easter away on international duty.
Danny Care returns from the England training camp to keep his starting spot at scrum-half, ahead of Andy Gomarsall.
