Snooker: Ali Carter set for Shanghai Masters after cancer all-clear
Ali Carter will compete at the Shanghai Masters after being given the all-clear from testicular cancer.

The 33-year-old underwent an operation shortly after making his cancer diagnosis public on 1 July and has since undergone a follow-up examination.
Revealing the news on his Twitter account, the two-time world finalist wrote: "Just had the best news ever! I've got the all clear!
"Will be back in action in the Shanghai Masters. Thankyou everyone for all your support!"
The decision to return for September's world ranking event in China gives the world No 15 another two months to recuperate from his illness.
News of of his cancer followed a health scare in 2003 when he was diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
