Sky Bet have made Ronnie O'Sullivan 7/2 favourite to capture the Masters crown for the fourth time.
O'Sullivan - who previously won the title in 1995, 2005 and 2007 - will be hoping to exact revenge at Wembley Arena on Mark Selby, who beat the Rocket 10-9 in last year's final.
That victory gave Selby his second title, and the online betting firm make him 13/2 to retain it this year. The seeding has ensured Selby and O'Sullivan would avoid each other until the final, and the price on a third consecutive Selby/O'Sullivan final is 9/1.
But for O'Sullivan to reach the final, he'd have to navigate past a potential second-round clash with current world champion Neil Robertson.
The Australian has been installed as 7/1 fourth favourite for this year's Masters and is in respectable form.
His World Open win in September was impressive, particularly his 5-1 demolition of O'Sullivan in the final. Robertson faces six-time winner Stephen Hendry (50/1 outright) in the first round.
The last player since Selby or O'Sullivan to win the Masters was John Higgins in 2006.
Higgins endured a largely tumultuous 2010, but a UK Championship win last month helped him regain the World no.1 position and present promise for a more prosperous 2011. The 35-year-old Scot is 11/2 to capture his third Masters title.
Two-time winner Matthew Stevens makes up the list of front-runners. The Welshman won both his titles against Stephen Hendry in 1998 and 2003, and Sky Bet make it 9/1 for him to win the Masters once more. He'll meet Ding Junhui (14/1 outright) in the opening round.
