Elina Svitolina defeated Timea Babos to win in Marrakech

Fourth seed Elina Svitolina picked up the third WTA Tour title of her career at the Grand Prix SAR La Princesse Lalla Meryem in Marrakech on Saturday.
The Ukrainian survived three breaks of serve to see off unseeded Hungarian Timea Babos 7-5 7-6 (7-3) in a match lasting one hour and 48 minutes.
For world No 86 Babos it meant more disappointment having also lost on her only other final appearance in Monterrey in 2012.
