Roger Federer takes on Novak Djokovic in the Cincinnati Masters final

There's more than just a trophy on offer in Sunday's Cincinnati Masters final as Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer target personal achievements on top of the title.
Cincinnati is the only Masters 1000 title that world No 1 Novak Djokovic is yet to win and victory over Federer would complete his 'Golden Masters' collection with at least one win in each of the nine tournaments.
Djokovic will be looking to put four previous losses in the Cincinnati final - including two to Federer - behind him.
The match will be the fifth meeting between the old rivals this year, with Federer winning on the hard courts of Dubai and Djokovic victorious at Indian Wells, Rome and at Wimbledon
The game will be the latest installment in their rivalry, which is poised at 20 wins apiece.
Federer has more on his mind than retaining his title in Cincinnati though. The 17-time Grand Slam champion will ensure he's seeded second at the upcoming US Open with a win. Defeat means Andy Murray, who Federer beat in the semi-finals, would remain world No 2 and get the favourable draw at Flushing Meadows.
"It would be great to win another Masters 1000, especially here in Cincinnati," said Federer. "Going for my seventh here is just great. It's wonderful to be another finalist because coming here now I'm perfectly prepared for the final.
"I've been practicing and away from the game since Wimbledon. It's not that long, but in tennis terms one month is a long time. I'll give it all I have tomorrow. It's going to be tough. Couldn't ask for a tougher opponent than Novak.
"Hopefully I can take advantage of the fact that I'm fresh and ready to go."
