Wimbledon 2016: Milos Raonic though; Nick Kyrgios halted by bad light

Milos Raonic blasted his way past Jack Sock to move into the last 16 at Wimbledon and remain on course for a maiden Grand Slam title.
In the final match on Centre Court it was the Canadian who got the better of a big-hitting contest with the American who had chances but just could not get a handle on Raonic's blistering serve.
The sixth seed sent down a 143 mph serve, the fastest seen at Wimbledon this year, as he booked his place in the fourth round for the third successive major this year.
Now working with John McEnroe, Raonic was beaten by Andy Murray in the Australian Open semi-final before a shock fourth round defeat to Albert Ramos Vinolas in the last 16 of the French Open.
Having reached the Wimbledon semi-finals in 2014 he will hope to at least match that, particularly after the news that potential last eight opponent and world No 1 Novak Djokovic was beaten by Sam Querrey.
The 25-year-old fired 27 aces to take his total for the first three rounds to 79 as he beat Sock for the eighth successive time and despite Djokovic's exit he refused to get too carried away.
"I'm happy with the way I was able to get it done in three sets and move on and give myself another challenge looking forward," Raonic told reporters
Next up for Raonic will be David Goffin, the Belgian 11th seed beat Denis Istomin in four sets to make the fourth round.
Elsewhere with the darkness closing in a couple of third round matches were called to a halt, intriguingly poised.
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga won a dramatic twilight tie-break to take the third set against John Isner who had taken the first two, they will resume with the American leading 7-6 6-3 6-7.
Nick Kyrgios and Feliciano Lopez were level at one set all, Richard Gasquet lost the first set but rallied to lead Albert Ramos-Vinolas 2-6 7-6 6-2 and Lucas Pouille was edging a close contest against Juan Martin Del Potro 6-7 7-6 7-5.
