Roger Federer raced to a service hold in 63 seconds during his three-set victory over Alexander Zverev at the ATP Finals.

Federer won the battle against his German opponent 7-6(6) 5-7 6-1 and he was aided by an 83 per cent win percentage on his first serve during the match.
The 36-year-old was broken twice during the match and was forced into a deciding third set for the first time this week, but backed up his opening-day success over Jack Sock with another impressive performance.
The 19-time Grand Slam champion made it through the last four of the ATP Finals for the 14th time in his 15 appearances at the season finale with the victory.
