Samoa Joe racked up a hat-trick of Coquina Clutches as he embarked on a wave of destruction on Monday Night Raw.

First, Joe forced Titus O'Neill to tap out in their singles match, a hard-hitting contest which saw both men throw some seriously stiff shots.

He then put Apollo Crews down with another Coquina Clutch when he - bravely but somewhat foolishly - attempted to intervene on behalf of his mentor.

But the 38-year-old wrecking ball was not finished there.

Roman Reigns, fresh off the back of the first defence of his Intercontinental title in a good match against Elias, was making his way to the ramp with the glorious scent of victory in his nostrils.

Enter Joe with a third Coquina Clutch of the night, leaving champion Reigns quickly grounded and gasping for breath.

The attack briefly paused as several referees and officials pulled Joe away, but he once again dived on the Big Dog to continue the assault.

With Reigns having stated he is willing to take on all comers for his belt as part of an open challenge, it seems only a matter of time before Samoa Joe becomes the next contender.
