WWE SmackDown: Bryan and McMahon go head to head over Clash of Champions

A tense SmackDown stand-off ended with Daniel Bryan telling Shane McMahon to fire him from WWE if he did not agree with his actions at Clash of Champions.
As one of two special guest referees at Sunday's pay-per-view event, Bryan delivered a fast count as Sami Zayn pinned Randy Orton to give him and Kevin Owens a victory and consign the Viper and Shinsuke Nakamura to a loss.
It came seconds after the second guest official, McMahon, had failed to complete a three count when Zayn had Orton in a similar pinning predicament.
The duo met in the ring at the start of SmackDown with emotions running high and Bryan putting his job on the line in defence of his actions.
"If you want to fire someone, fire me," Bryan told his commissioner. "I don't want to see Shane O Mac turn into Mr McMahon,"
To which Shane replied: "I respect you implicitly, I trust you, good luck with the show tonight," before the pair shook hands and McMahon slowly left the ring.
Ziggler cuts celebration short
Dolph Ziggler appeared to celebrate winning the United States title from Baron Corbin in a triple threat match at Clash of Champions, which also included Bobby Roode.
After several videos recapping great moments of his career, Ziggler told the crowd they were not worthy of his presence and that they did not "deserve" him.
He then put the belt down on the canvas and left the ring as the confused and bewildered crowd looked on.
Nakamura pins Zayn for six-man victory
Nakamura and Orton - alongside WWE Champion AJ Styles - avenged their loss to Owens and Zayn with victory in a six-man tag team match, which also included Jinder Mahal.
The King of Strong Style hit Zayn with a shuddering Kinshasa knee strike to secure the victory and regain some momentum after his defeat at Clash of Champions.
In a taste of what may be to come, it may also seem that Orton's feud with Mahal earlier in the year could be reignited after the Viper gave the Modern Day Maharaja an RKO and the Singh Brothers a brutal double DDT.
