WWE SmackDown Live: Becky Lynch makes comeback against Ruby Riott

Becky Lynch returns to the ring and AJ Styles responds to last week's handicap match booking on tonight's SmackDown, live on Sky Sports Arena at 1am.

Lynch returns to the blue brand seeking retribution against the Riott Squad, who were responsible for the injury which kept her off television until last week's episode.

The Lass Kicker was back with a bang on that occasion, delivering a pair of Bexploders to Liv Morgan and group leader Ruby Riott.

Lynch gets the opportunity to go one-on-one with Riott herself tonight - whether the match remains a straightforward singles bout, however, remains to be seen.

Styles to respond to Rumble booking

AJ Styles' unshakeable self belief got the better of him last week when he challenged Sami Zayn - who had just beaten him - and Kevin Owens - who had beaten him the week before - to a two-against-one handicap match.

Such a proposition would have been difficult enough but then general manager Daniel Bryan booked the match for Royal Rumble, with the stipulation that Styles' Universal title would be on the line.

It was a curious move from Bryan, whose disagreement with the questionable actions of commissioner Shane McMahon, had led him into some waters which would be considered highly unusual for a fan favourite.
