WWE signs Ricochet & War Machine for developmental territory NXT

Ricochet and War Machine will join the NXT roster

WWE has signed independent wrestler Ricochet and tag team War Machine and added them to their NXT brand.

The trio's deals were confirmed on Tuesday night and they will now be based at the company's Performance Center in Florida.

Ricochet, real name Trevor Mann, has been a regular on the independent circuit for 14 years, where he has garnered a reputation as an excellent high-flyer.

Among his many accolades, Mann has twice won Pro Wrestling Guerrilla's annual Battle of Los Angeles tournament, and he is only the second American in history to win New Japan Pro Wrestling's Best of the Super Juniors tournament.

Todd "War Beard Hanson" Smith & Raymond Rowe, collectively known as War Machine, have terrorised teams around the world since forming an alliance in 2014.

The duo - whose combined weight exceeds 550 pounds - were trained by Killer Kowalski and have been active competitors since 2001.
