Seth Rollins took on Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental Championship match in the main event of Raw.

Seth Rollins came up short in his bid to reclaim the Intercontinental title and was reliant on an old Shield colleague to avoid his bad night getting even worse on Raw.

Rollins was in the midst of an immediate rematch for the big white belt and was very much in control of the match, even more so when Ziggler's acolyte Drew McIntyre was sent to the back by the referee.

The Kingslayer continued to dominate proceedings but McIntyre didn't stay in the locker room for long, re-emerging to haul the ref out of the ring after Rollins executed his superplex-Falcon Arrow combination and with victory seemingly assured.

That led to a disqualification win for Rollins - but, of course, no title - and a post-match attack by Ziggler and McIntyre, which only came to an end when Reigns arrived to rescue his Shield brother.

Bayley finally snaps with Banks

Sasha Banks was perhaps a little unfortunate to take the pin in a losing effort to the Riott Squad but that cut no ice with her partner Bayley, whose friendship with the Boss is now in smithereens.

After suffering another loss to The Riott Squad, Bayley unloaded on her former best friend Sasha Banks

Almost as soon as the referee's hand hit the mat for the three-count, Bayley unleashed a vicious attack on Banks, stamping her down and twice throwing her into the steel steps.

Angle then ordered Bayley into 'counselling' on next week's Raw, with the warning that if she does not attend she will be fired by WWE.
