Verdict

Altra Vita was well beaten in novice company last year but steps up in trip for Sir Mark Prescott on her reappearance and handicap debut. She’s just the type her trainer does so well with but ZARRAR has the form in the book. He made a winning start in handicaps with a three-length defeat of Purple Jazz over 1m4f at Lingfield last month and is taken to confirm running over this longer distance despite the worse terms. The rest have yet to look like winning and will do well to figure.
