    Verdict

Joseph O'Brien, who has been in top form in Ireland, sends just one runner here today, STAYCATION, who led for a long way on heavy ground at the Curragh last time. Connections must believe he can hang on in much faster conditions on this very sharp track. Akela Moon chased the winner all the way at Thirsk but hung left when challenging which may have cost her the race. She'll know more here while Li Kui hasn't been beaten far over 6f though whether he'll have the pace against these speedsters is another matter. King Billy's pedigree suggests a longer trip may be required but Legal Tender should have pace to burn as he's out of a 5f two-year-old winner.
