      Verdict

Eye For The Girls was well-backed when winning last time but that was a weak race and although in truth this is little better, the feeling is that she faces more opposition. Top of the pile is TRICKY TREV who is taken to win. A decent third to Itsher here at the end of June, the selection then went on to finish in the same position behind Joss Stick last month. Only beaten a length on that occasion, she looks sure to run her race and off the same mark of 50 she looks worth chancing. Call Me Courageous was second in the Yarmouth race that Eye For The Girls won; a first-time visor and a 3lb pull in the weights may see him claw back the half-length defecit there. Dancing Welcome was fifth in that race, whilst Lily Jicarro's recent second to Joss Stick (with the selection back in third) puts her firmly in the picture. Louies Lad and Abhainn are both consistent enough at a lowly level, Mandhooma is yet to prove herself on the turf, whilst Miss Pusey Street is well-related but will need to improve on three maiden runs, although with a mark of 50 it would be hard not to. An open finale but one that can go to Tricky Trev.
