    Verdict

The possibility of cut in the ground is an issue for Multahab so a chance is taken with infrequent turf winner BEST ONE whilst Caribbean Coral also comes under consideration. Andy Haynes has his string in good order and his veteran performer has been a regular winner over the years, including at this track and on soft ground, but he hasn't won at the minimum since 2007 and could find that the line comes too soon. Multahab ran second over course and distance last time and remains well enough handicapped after a 2lb rise in the weights but he's done the majority of his racing on a quick surface and serious doubts prevail about his ability to cope if there's some moisture in the racing surface. The selection has won just once on grass but he was in the process of running a fair race over six here last time until getting badly hampered and may be worth another chance as he reverts to the minimum with Chris Catlin back on board and Best One, for once, may be able to live up to his name.
