Verdict

Wetherby third Witness has usually been found wanting when upped in trip in the past. Grove Silver is visored in an attempt to rekindle his enthusiasm but this looks too short. Mossies Well was an early casualty at Newcastle on Tuesday and had earlier barely raised a gallop at Ayr. Tikkandemickey won over course and distance in October, however, though is still 5lb higher. DARTFORD WARBLER (NAP) hasn’t won between hurdles and fences and hasn’t won since the end of 2015. But he’s dropped to a very fair mark over the larger obstacles and trainer and jockey teamed up to land this 12 months ago.
