    Verdict

A competitive field goes to post for the first on the card but the principals look to be Bosham Mill, Eyze and Quizzical and we will take a chance on the last named. The gelding from the John Carr yard was a good second behind Dunlea last time out and a reproduction of that effort would make him hard to beat. Bosham Mill could also go well he was a fair second behind Fairwood Present last time but he has more ability than he likes using so for that reason he is opposed. Eyze is game and consistent but he does not always find as much as expected off the bridle. Of the remainder Strawberry Hill is from a yard in form and is worth noting in there market but we are happy to side with Quizzical.
