In depth

Verdict

Another tight handicap here for punters to fathom but the principals look to be Panmure, Bolton Barrie and Midlem Melody and we will take a chance on Bolton Barrie. The five year old from the Richard Guest yard has been in fair form of late and a reproduction of his win over Hurricane Bay would make him hard to best. Panmure rates the main danger he won well last time out when defeating Pharbeitfromme and at least he has experience over fences. Midlem Melody could also go well he was a fair third behind Newsplayer last time but he gave the impression he would be seen to better effect over a longer trip. Of the remainder Bob's Buster is better with much more cut in the ground so we are happy to side with Bolton Barrie.
