Verdict

Quite The Man was understandably no match for Brave Spartacus at Doncaster last time but he's a solid sort and should be on the premises, whilst Castlelawn has been consistent in average northern hurdle company and has given the impression that he will be notably better over the larger obstacles. He's on a fair mark too for this chasing debut for Lucinda Russell. Classical Mist has claims at his best but is rather in and out whilst Twentypoundluck raids from Ireland. The latter has made the frame on latest sorties from across the Irish Sea and has shown more than enough to be of interest once again. The vote, however, is awarded to RISKIER, a solid and consistent performer over fences who will be better suited than any of his rivals by the drop back to the minimum trip on the forecast better ground.
