Verdict

HEART OF DUBAI didn't appear to last home when beaten over 2m6f by He's A Hawker here last month. He won by 11 lengths over C&D in June, however, and would take all the beating if reproducing that form here as he gets 7lb from Ludlow winner Souter Point, who has been well beaten in three starts on the Flat subsequently. Grand Lahou couldn't justify favouritism in a weak race at Hereford last week, while the mares Grethel and Talk Of Saafend are probably worth opposing again. Lakeman and Veroon are fit from the Flat, however, so any market interest would have to be heeded.
