    Verdict

Elrafa Mujahid gets the call over Rainbow Iris, with Obe Bold and Witchelle not out of it. Elrafa Mujahid has only had six career starts but has already been placed to score twice, the latest of which came at Yarmouth a fortnight ago. In truth she did not have too work too hard to beat the disappointing Sharaby, but at the age of three she has more to offer than most of these and looks the one to beat. The other three-year-old Rainbow Iris chased hard at Nottingham before eventually fading into eighth place behind Yorkshire Lad and will perhaps appreciate the extra furlong. Obe Bold did not get the best of luck in running behind Tedstale Mac at Carlise but is nothing out of the ordinary on the evidence so far, and Witchelle raced too keenly at Southwell last time but was successful on the all-weather in February. The trip here is likely to be on the short side though, and the one with the most going for her in the finale is Elrafa Mujahid.
