        Verdict

        ASSIMILATION (NAP) has been narrowly beaten on his last couple of starts and finished in front of Lestrade when just failing to catch Bay Of Naples, who has won again since, over today’s trip at Lingfield last time. Ed Walker’s charge can go one better today given the penalised Jack Berry House is having his first start since scoring over 6f at Newcastle in October. Middlescence finished closer in a handicap at Lingfield last week but the less-exposed One Last Hug may improve past him.
