In depth

Verdict

Most of these are eased in class in search of a return to winning ways but Ballyegan was successful in this grade at Towcester last month. KINGS RIVER didn't stay 3m at Exeter after scoring at Lingfield and was pulled up. He can get back on track today and reverse that form with Bredon Hill Lad in the process. Wish In A Well has been struggling to make an impact but is still coming down the weights. Matrow's Lady won at Fontwell in November but the going has again turned against Princesse Fleur.
