In depth

Verdict

Vhujon may not have beaten a lot on debut but he was very impressive that day and from his good draw he can win again, with Cracking and Fast Feet the dangers. David Evans' charge looked the quickest two-year-old so far this season when making all at Bath and assuming he shows the same dash from the stalls today, they may find him very hard to get past. History shows that a draw of five or less is needed and drawn in stall two, he can score. Stall one is traditionally the best place to be but Kevin Ryan's Fast Feet isn't the sharpest starter and so i expect Vhujon to be able to grab the rails position. Cracking and Not My Choice both have good draws and possess early pace so both must rate live dangers. Primo Heights doesn't have the pace to go with them early so cannot be fancied from his high draw whilst Artdeal only just got up three weeks ago at Beverley and will need to step up once again. Plenty with early dash here, but Vhujon was ultra-impressive on debut and, thought of as a Royal Ascot horse by trainer, can win this before going on to better things.
