Double Up was without a win last year and finished behind Caspian Prince at Beverley in September. The latter also beat Duke Of Firenze when winning at Musselburgh later in the season but is drawn high today. Encore d'Or could also have a better draw having been placed behind Kimberella in the All-Weather Championship Sprint last time so JUDICIAL is preferred. Julie Camacho’s charge still won a shade cosily in this grade at Ripon recently, despite Joe Doyle dropping his whip. Canny Kool was headed in the closing stages over 6f here in August and has a shout on that form if allowed his own way in front.
