Gentil J won this last year but was arriving on the back of a victory and hasn't been in that kind of form. Upgraded won a heavy-ground maiden at Gowran and was by no means disgraced behind Gymkhana in a much better race on a return visit so she's on the shortlist as is the maiden Rickrack, though the latter may need further. Always Dancing looked in the grip of the assessor when last seen here in August but this looks a good opportunity for FOCUS ON HEAVEN. Jim Bolger's filly got off the mark in comfortable fashion at Fairyhouse before being shocked by the 50/1 chance Hit The Silk on very heavy going at Limerick. Elm Grove is still 10lb higher than her easy victory at Clonmel and that was on very fast going.
