Verdict

Conditions probably exaggerated the margin of victory of CHOIX DES ARMES (NAP) at Wincanton but he travelled strongly throughout and may be improving fast enough to defy a 7lb rise in the weights. Take A Break’s Sedgefield conqueror, Eastview Boy, won again at Newcastle on Sunday while conditions won’t bother Rainy Day Dylan, who seems sure to run his race again. The jury is out on Master Work, however, while Drops Of Jupitor looks a little quirky. Tea Time Fred was still in front when falling at the last at Fontwell last month but has gone up 5lb.
