In depth

Verdict

Tornade D'Estruval, a winner over hurdles in his native France, is having just his third start over the larger obstacles having chased home Unforgettable in a Huntingdon novice chase last month. Given connections, he's sure to be popular here despite having a few questions to answer about his jumping. Petito is back over fences after a second over hurdles at Exeter but doesn't win very often and Kack Handed and Tempting Paradise are probably more interesting, though would undoubtedly prefer a faster surface. CRESSWELL BRAMBLE hasn't been seen since pulling up at Haydock in October but she goes well fresh and probably has more to offer over fences - she gets a tentative vote.
