In depth

Verdict

Fearachain definitely found 2m1f too short when chasing home the progressive Swansea Mile at Killarney and is much better over this trip as he showed at Wexford. Credo Star also found dropping back in trip against here at Roscommon after a convincing victory at Sligo and she's a mare very much on the upgrade. Full Cry looks a cracking prospect for Henry De Bromhead as he sauntered home on his debut over timber at Clonmel while Sandymount Duke will be suited by a stamina test as his last two victories have been over three miles, though he's made most in both and had earlier won over this trip. He'll be very difficult to beat but Willie Mullins' novices have been in outstanding form at the meeting so far and GANGSTER, who could hardly have been more impressive on his debut for the stable at Roscommon and is a half-brother to Ascot Gold Cup winner Rite Of Passage, is taken to continue the stable's run.
