    Verdict

KASSAR had run well in three starts this year before getting back to winning ways at Yarmouth. Lightly-raced, he has a nice pedigree and should be capable of going on to better things. Northern raiders Waarif and Delph Crescent are both chasing hat-tricks. The latter makes most appeal under Conor McGovern, who is getting plenty of rides with David O’Meara. Stormingin is struggling to get his head in front but is consistent, as is Poetic Force. The Night Porter won minor contests at Beverley and Lingfield before failing to cope with a rise in class at Newmarket and Aquarium has similar credentials. King's Pavilion isn’t badly treated on his best form but is hard to catch right nowadays.
