Dandy Nicholls has a remarkable record in this so Dolly Parton is afforded maximum respect, but preference is for EUCHARIST ahead of Majestic Myles. Richard Hannon's filly may well be flattered by the margin of her Kempton success but that still represents a step forward and she clearly relished the sixth furlong. Her previous two-length second to the smart Marlinka also reads well and our feeling is she's progressive enough to defy a big weight. Majestic Myles conceeds weight all-round but he did well to win at Pontefract last time despite being sent off at 4/9 and beat Dolly Parton on debut. The latter has a 10lb pull in the weights and has clearly also improved since, culminating in a win last time, and it has to be noted that Dandy Nicholls has won the last four renewals of this and all with horses drawn in the centre. Goodwood Treasure would be a popular winner and she's temptingly weighted on her effort at Salisbury although Richard Hannon will know where he stands with John Dunlop's filly and his apparent second-string Rossetti must also be respected. Richard Fahey also relies on two and his Bahamian Sunset won readily enough last time, albeit in a weak maiden, and looks no forlorn hope despite Majestic Myles perhaps looking the yard's best chance. Puddle Duck may confirm previous form by once again beating With Hindsight, but our preference is for Eucharist.
