In depth

Verdict

MISS NORTH LIGHT's run in a Tramore bumper three weeks ago was surely too bad to be true. She'd shown promise in that sphere in the autumn and is a half-sister to a winning hurdler so should do better now faced with a set of obstacles. Wexford bumpers winner Tigroney is a danger, however, while Davids Jewel was second over 3m at Tipperary on her penultimate start and might enjoy dropping back in distance. Tramore fourth Tortueuse has plenty of experience but lacks a bit of scope.
