      Verdict

      Placed in four of his five starts, Striking The Wind is likely to prove warm order here but is not guaranteed to stay this longer trip and neither is stablemate Shalloon. Muffin McLeay had Hard Rok behind when fourth at Thirsk last month and he makes most appeal of the others with racecourse experience, but DANCING PADDY may find conditions to his liking on his debut. He's half-brother to the smart Flat and hurdles winner Tipperary All Star amongst others and Alan Swinbank's newcomer is taken to repeat his stables success in this event last year.
