In depth

Verdict

Cernunnos is starting to look very well treated and has had a break since disappointing in the autumn. Easy Street returned to form with a victory at Fontwell and No Planning won at Newcastle last week and has only been raise 3lb. Some Buckle, Morning Reggie and Mumgos Debut also got back to winning ways last time while Ballinvarrig only found one too good when chasing a hat-trick at Leicester having beaten Uhlan Bute at Wincanton earlier. Captain Redbeard has done well this season but BALLYBOLLEY is fancied to win this for a second year running. He’s 4lb higher than 12 months ago but has his ground again and will appreciate the likely strong pace.
