In depth

Verdict

A competitive finale for punters to call and the vote is given to Mount Hillaby, with Nanton and Peters Delite rated as the most likely dangers. The selection hails from a shrewd yard and she put up a fine effort last time when she was beaten on the nod by Boo at Ayr. She is clearly on good terms with herself at present and with the booking of the in-form Robert Winston in the plate she should take plenty of beating. Nanton should be suited by the drop in trip but he was disappointing at Salisbury last time and is hard to put forward with any confidence on the back of that effort. Peters Delite is capable of going well but he usually finds at least a couple too good and that is likely to be the case for him again tonight. Masquerader is the Godolphin representative here and he did put up an improved show last time, but he looks to lack a change of gears and we will stick with Mount Hillaby who shaped well last time and should be able to get her head in front tonight.
