Verdict

A wide open contest rounds off the card and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Misaro,No Time and Steel City Boy and the narrow vote is given to Misaro. The selection won in good style last time out when beating Elkhorn, granted he has a penalty for that win but he again has conditions to suit and from a good draw he looks the one to be on. No Time rates the main danger on his latest third behind Desert Opal but he is creeping up the weights without winning and again he looks vulnerable. Steel City Boy is another that could go well as he beat Count Cougar but all his best form has been on the All-weather and he is taken on with this in mind. Macademy Royal ran as if in the handicappers grip when well beaten last time out while Our Fugitive has dropped to a handy mark and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Misaro who is in the form of his life.
