Verdict

Nothing really stands out but DOMOLY did at least gain his only career success at this venue and Ferdy Murphy's team are in good heart once again. He hasn't obliged since that success in the winter of 2011 but has gone well enough on all starts this year and gets on well with today's pilot who claims a useful 5lb. Solway Dornal scored over 3m2f at Cartmel recently and has proved pretty solid over fences. Conditions will suit and a 4lb rise for that recent success isn't excessive. Presenting Junior may improve for fences and Heez A Steel is consistent but limited, whilst Irish raider, Oscar Leney's chase form is an intriguing mixture of the promising and the poor.
