    Verdict

Southwell winner DIVINE CALL was sent off a hot favourite on his return to action at Ayr a fortnight ago but ran as though something was amiss. Willie Haggas' charge cannot be written off on the evidence of one poor run and the presence of Ryan Moore suggests he's expected to make amends. However, there are plenty of dangers if he disappoints again including recent Folkestone third Starclass and Mashatu, who has gone close at Yarmouth the last twice. Perfect Ch'I and Scottish Glen are upped in class but Spa's Dancer had a couple of today's rivals behind when fourth over a mile here last time and should be thereabouts.
