      Verdict

      Luhaif is clear at the weights but his third in the Vintage Stakes at Goodwood in August is beginning to look like a fluke in comparison to the rest of his form. OASIS CANNES looks a safer proposition as there was nothing wrong with his latest second in France and the winner went on to finish third in the Group 1 Marcel Boussac at Longchamp last Sunday. Snowboarder was no match for Janoub Nibras over C&D last time and may find at least one too good again but course winner Beedee is expected to run his usual game race and is preferred to both Dashing David and Wayfoong Expr
