There is not much to choose between Dancing Welcome and Norville on their recent running over 6f at Lingfield but the former has the better record over today's trip and is preferred. Decency ran well against higher rated rivals in a seller last time and has claims but BROUGHTONS DAY gets the vote. Willie Musson's charge got off the mark at the second time of asking when scoring over 6f at Southwell last month and this extra furlong should be within his compass. Abriachan is a previous winner over this distance and on that basis makes more appeal than Mary's Pet.
