In depth

Verdict

Broome, a son of Australia out of a two-year-old Listed winner, is in the Group 1 National Stakes as is ANTHONY VAN DYCK, who was staying on late over 7f at the Curragh a couple of weeks ago and will have come on markedly for the experience. The latter gets the vote though Yonkers attracted strong support on his debut at Gowran so must have been showing plenty at home. Ploughland looks certain to be suited by the trip on her debut and Claim The Lady is a full-brother to a 7f winner and out of a 1m2f winner.
